Privacy and cookies

Your enquiries

Amstel Linens uses the contact details, product requirements and files you provide to respond to quote and sample requests and manage the resulting business relationship. Requests are handled through our website, email service and Google Sheets lead records. Please only upload information needed for your enquiry.

Website security and request counts

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Google processes information needed to provide that service under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our private operational report counts completed requests and contact-link clicks by date and public page. That report does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or persistent visitor identifiers. Server security logs and temporary abuse controls are separate from those counts.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand traffic sources, page visits and completed enquiries. It uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_ cookies, to distinguish browsers and sessions. Our site sets these analytics cookies with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. We do not send your form fields, uploaded files, name, email address or phone number to Analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

Google processes analytics information on its infrastructure. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Change your choice

Analytics is off until you accept it. You can reject it or withdraw permission using the Cookie settings button. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics measurement and clears the Analytics cookies we set. It does not erase data already received by Google. We remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can still use the website and request quotations or samples when analytics is off.
